Rental & tour conditions

• You are riding a bicycle at your own risk.
• bike.com.hr | Croatia and Bicikli Zoric j.d.o.o. are not responsible for any damage or injury sustained by you, or damage caused to the bicycle and/or cycling equipment.
• Any damage (from a fall or crash) to the bicycle and/or cycling equipment will be charged at the end of the rental period.
• Any lost bicycle and/or cycling equipment will be charged at the end of rental time or in the final calculation.
• If a reservation is cancelled after payment, € 30 will be withheld to cover the time spent arranging the agreement.
• If you cancel 21 or more days before the rental start, the reservation amount minus the withheld € 30 will be refunded to your PayPal account.
• If you cancel fewer than 21 days before the rental start, the full reservation amount will be withheld.
• If the actual rental period is shorter than the reserved period, 30% of the average daily price will be charged for each unused reserved day.
• All rented equipment will be checked and fully operational before handover.

Reservation amount

• The reservation amount equals 30% of the total rental price.
• It does not include the security deposit for equipment.
• By paying the reservation amount, you are accepting all these Terms and Conditions of the rental service provided by bike.com.hr | Croatia & Bicikli Zoric j.d.o.o.
